Pillsbury Wine is committed to quality and the integrity of our product and therefore we will ship not ship between May and September or during periods of extremely high temperatures.  We currently ship to the following states:  AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, ND, NV, NH, NY, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.  We recommend using a work address if you will be away from home to insure prompt delivery.

Terms: By placing and order with your credit card or check, you authorize Pillsbury Wine to act on your behalf in processing and shipping the order, including engaging a common carrier to deliver your order.  WINES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHA ARE AT LEAST 21YEARS OLD AND IN PLACING THE ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE At LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON TO WHOM DELIVERY IS TO BE MADE IS ATLEAST 21 YEARS OLD.  When alcoholic beverages are being delivered, the person receiving will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
